The rendering equipment for sick and dead livestock and poultry developed by our company is designed and manufactured according to the actual situation of domestic harmless treatment, combined with international advanced technology and based on its own actual experience. The harmless treatment process of this project adopts the international leading level. The drying process is in line with the technical specifications for the harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The principle is to kill sick and dead animals in a closed high-pressure interlayer container by passing a high-temperature circulating heat source to the interlayer. Bacteria treatment, a technology in which hot steam does not directly contact animal carcasses. The process uses high temperature and high pressure. The center temperature of the processed material is ≥140℃, the pressure is ≥0.5MPa (absolute pressure), the time is ≥4h, and the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes. The VOCs (Volatile Organic Gases) gas generated in the process undergoes multi-stage treatment, and finally meets the emission standards. The recycling and reuse of resources has been realized, and the entire process is fully enclosed. It is currently the preferred process for large and medium-sized harmless treatment centers. Animal residues can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizers, and oils can be used as industrial oils (refining biodiesel, fertilizer slow-release agents, and other industrial greases, etc.).
